I started working with Kathy in December 2023. I was recovering from a mastectomy and very overweight. Over many years I tried lots of diets and gyms but I didn’t stick with them. I had a successful career and I worked hard making life as happy and healthy as I could for my family. However, I didn’t prioritize my own health, and at 62 years old, I knew I was headed for more health issues.
