Hello, I’m Kathy Kerrigan!

I am a 30+ year health and fitness professional having worked throughout the seacoast at numerous gyms and Pilates studios, with physical therapists and UNH coaches. I am certified and trained in a wide array of modalities including Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Fall Prevention Program: Moving for Better Balance, Comprehensive National Peak Pilates Certified Trainer (mat and apparatus), Pain-Free Performance Individual Training Specialist, yoga for seniors, spin, prenatal fitness, tabata boot camp, Zumba, and dance fitness.

I have worked with a wide range of populations including D1, high school, and Unified Sports athletes, as well as seniors, figure skaters, Irish dancers, and collegiate crew teams. I have worked with individuals, small groups, team, and conference groups. These various populations have been challenging, fun, and stimulating.

Many of my current clients are dealing with some sort of physical limitation. This is a challenge I love, keeping people moving and active, despite their limitations. There is always a way to make it happen.

I love to problem solve, inspire, motivate, encourage, and empower all of my clients to unlock the secret to their own success.

Movement Heals

In 2008, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and underwent a year of grueling surgeries and treatments.

That year I focused on my own health like it was my job! I focused on all areas of my health: stress reduction, rest, what kinds of “fuel” I was putting into my body, and moving everyday.

This was the year I adopted the motto “Movement Heals.” My hope is to instill this belief in all of my clients.
